These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services offered by Ousmane Diallo. By entering into an agreement with us as a partner, you agree to these terms.

Services
Ousmane Diallo operates as an affiliate lead generator: leads are generated through its own advertising campaigns and landing pages and supplied to business partners, such as lead platforms, networks and lead buyers.
Agreements
Leads are supplied under custom agreements, typically on a cost-per-lead (CPL) basis, agreed upon prior to delivery. Each agreement sets out the lead criteria, price, volumes, delivery method and how invalid leads are handled.
No leads are delivered before an agreement has been accepted. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
Lead quality and volumes
Leads are delivered as submitted by the people who requested contact, after the checks set out in the agreement. Volumes depend on factors outside our control, such as advertising platform policies and market conditions, and are only binding where expressly agreed.
