This policy explains how Ousmane Diallo handles personal data, both for partners who contact us and for people who submit their details through our lead generation landing pages, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian privacy law.

Partners and business contacts
When you contact us by email or through an inquiry as a partner or prospect, we process your name, email address, company and the content of your message strictly for contract execution and service delivery (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data needed for invoicing is kept to meet legal accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). This data is never sold or shared.
Leads from our landing pages
When you submit a form on one of our landing pages, you ask to be contacted about the product or service shown on that page. With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the details you enter are shared with the partner or partners identified on that form, who may contact you about your request.
The privacy notice on each landing page explains which data is collected and who receives it.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and afterwards only where Belgian law requires it to be retained, for example for accounting.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, which stops any further sharing.
